Laborer

Description

We are currently seeking a skilled and motivated laborer to join our team. As a laborer you will be responsible for performing a variety of tasks to support our operations.

Responsibilities

Assist maintenance technicians with general maintenance and repairs as needed

Load and unload materials and furnitur

Relocate furniture within the existing properties as well as transporting to different locations

Assemble furniture as needed

Work independently in the absence of a supervisor

Remain flexible and adaptable in work assignments

Remove trash and debris from properties as needed

Maintain cleanliness and organization at the facilities warehouse and storage location

Maintain records including time and material used

Maintain and update CMMS (Computerized Maintenance Management System) records

Follow safety protocols and ensure a safe work environment

Collaborate with team members to complete projects efficiently

Provide excellent customer service when interacting with clients

May require you to work overtime or a swing shift, work nights, weekends, and holidays as needed in emergency situations and when circumstances dictate
