We’re proud to announce that our President, Bill Bamford, has been named a 2025 Philadelphia Titan 100 by Titan CEO; an honor that recognizes the region’s top CEOs and C-level executives for their leadership, vision, and passion.
Bill brings over 30 years of construction experience to his role and founded Decades Construction & Facilities Group in 2022 to meet the critical housing and facilities management needs of the intellectual and developmental disabilities (I/DD) community. Under his leadership, Decades has become a trusted partner to organizations like Bancroft and played a key role in building New Jersey’s first Smart Home for adults with I/DD.
