We are proud to announce that Decades Construction & Facilities Group has been ranked No. 2 on the Philadelphia Business Journal’s 2025 Fast 50 list, which recognizes the fastest-growing companies in Greater Philadelphia.
Now in its second year under the Fast 50 name, the program highlights privately held businesses headquartered in the region that demonstrate extraordinary revenue growth over a two-year period. To qualify, companies must be independently owned, locally headquartered, and generate at least $750,000 in the first year of consideration (2022 for this year’s list). Final rankings are determined by average percentage revenue growth from 2022 through 2024, vetted by the Business Journal’s accounting partner, CLA.
Decades achieved an impressive 123.47% two-year growth rate, with revenue rising from $2.42 million in 2022 to $8.73 million in 2024. In just three years since our founding, we have expanded rapidly, driven by our capital project management services and our commitment to supporting organizations that serve individuals with intellectual and developmental disabilities.
